This is one of the finest addresses in the Mâcon region, boasting a Michelin star. Chef Sébastien Chambru reinterprets Burgundian recipes in a sublime way, in a spacious, light-filled dining room with a magnificent view over a green, relaxing setting. The cellar is just as selective, offering some 700 wine references, with Burgundy and Beaujolais at the top of the list. The bistro and wine bar, where dishes are crafted with the same passion but without the pressure of the star, offers low-cost formulas.
