The company has existed since 1970. Today it is Bernard Sivignon who continues the tradition and refines here cheeses with raw goat milk that can be found on the best tables in France. The flagship product remains the Clacbitou which means goat cheese in charolais patois and is a registered trademark; the cheese farmer invented two new products, half charolais: racotin and a small format: the mini convertible. Added the Charolais that has just obtained its AOC.
