In a pleasant setting, the French and Japanese restaurant sublimates local products with flavors and a refined dressage.

La Maison Minori has taken up residence in a former wine storehouse in the heart of the town of Givry. Owner and chef Sébastien Dorier blends the two cultures he holds dear: those of France and Japan. He succeeds marvelously in sublimating local products while taking us on a journey to the land of the Rising Sun. From his experiences there, in the finest restaurants, he reuses characteristic flavors and a refined style of preparation. The result: a gustatory voyage in the most agreeable surroundings.

Nous avons dîner 2 fois au Minori début octobre 2023. Nous sommes vraiment sous le charme des créations de Sébastien. Cette merveilleuse combination de plats régionaux et de saveurs asiatiques est un vrai bonheur. Le tout dans un cadre trés remarquable ainsi qu'un service irréprochable.
Merci pour ces belles découvertes culinaires et votre charmant accueil.

Une expérience formidable, une nourriture excellente, un service super, une belle ambiance. Que demander de plus ? On peut recommander ce restaurant sans réserve. Le rapport qualité-prix est également excellent. Si vous êtes dans la région, n'hésitez pas à y aller.
