Troarn is a pretty little town of 3000 inhabitants nestled on the borders of the Pays d'Auge, the Marshes and the Plain of Caen. Crossed by the Cheese and Cider Routes, it is here that I have chosen to live and welcome you to my family-run establishment, the Clos Normand.
