DOMAINE FICHET
The Fichet family has a long history with wine, dating back to 1408, when a man named Stephus Fichet was already cultivating vines in the same area. Today, brothers Pierre-Yves and Olivier manage 35 ha of vineyards on the estate created by their father and since extended. With a genuine concern for the environment, the estate has been awarded the "Haute Qualité Environnementale" label. Red and white Mâcon Igé (including the darling, prestige cuvée "Grande Craie"), Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé (including a premier cru), and Crémant are just some of the wines on offer.
