LA FERME DU BUIS
Chantal Duband has been making her own duck-based preparations for over 21 years and sells fresh foie gras, but also in terrines, as whole foie gras or in blocks, from her Ferme du Buis, in La Chapelle-sous-Uchon. Note that she also sells fresh products such as duck breasts, aiguillettes, wings, legs or sleeves and cooked products such as pâtés, galantines, gizzards, smoked duck breasts, rillettes... Don't hesitate to come and visit the farm to see the 500 Barbary and Mulard ducks raised each year and to taste Chantal and Léon Duband's products. If you are in the area, don't miss the farm market on the last Wednesday of July or the open doors of winegrowers and producers.
