There was an issue with my reservation and the staff handled it with kindness, flexibility, and care! Thanks to Pedro Ortiz for working through it with me!
The rooms are nice and the hotel environment is very comfortable with a lot of inside and outside space for connecting.
Loved the pool and play area. I especially loved the water slides!!!
It was a great conference space as well!!!
As always rooms are very clean
We were there over Easter.
They did many games and egg hunts for children.
My husband and I are both smokers so we spent some time in the far corner away from other guests near the pet service area.
We want to thank whomever left all the Easter eggs for our little girl to find????
As the eggs were nowhere near the actual designated hunts.
And we had not seen any other children in that area for 4 days and nights.
Therefore we assumed they must be for her.
She was so very happy and excited to find all of those eggs.
It really made our trip special.
We will be back again.
And of course we Love the pool.
The gift shop a bit pricey. However many nice gifts for family and friends.
Restaurants on site really don't cater to children for choices in food. However adults will enjoy meals.
If you want a delicious frozen drink you must order at the pool bar.
Morning breakfasts were very delicious and an assortment of good things to eat.
Children will love having breakfast at the buffet so much to choose from????
5 Stars all the way...
The dining experience was remarkable across all the restaurants, but the standout for me was at the Mist Wine Bar & Restaurant. The roasted mojo chicken and the grilled salmon served with a delicious eggplant puree were divine, you'll find yourself scraping the plate clean! Try to get Nick as your server his service is great.
However, I have to note one downside that prevented me from giving a five-star rating. Despite the hotel not being crowded, as we arrived on a Tuesday, we were disappointed by the unavailability of a microwave in our room. Staying on the 10th floor, it was quite inconvenient to travel down to the first floor just to warm up milk for our little girl.Aside from this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable, and we had a good time. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with the caveat of checking the availability of in-room amenities like a microwave.
