Festival offering a wide variety of artistic creations with over 35 performances by 18 companies
For three days, the Rugissantes festival, organized as part of the summer cultural season Les beaux bagages, concentrates street-arts nuggets. Thirteen companies, including three from Saône-et-Loire, are on the program for 2024. Free of charge, the shows take place one after the other at the Château de la Verrerie and in the surrounding area, attracting growing crowds year after year (19,000 spectators in 2023). The local population is heavily involved, and for this5th edition, cardboard workshops are held to build the festival's signage and scenography.
