At the end of 2023, at the age of 27, Samuel de Jésus took over the patisserie of his first master apprentice, closed since his sudden death. Supported by his mother in an immaculate white store, he honors the memory of his master, at the cost of insane demands. His pastries are light, succulent and fresh daily, his chocolates homemade down to the praline, and his ice creams subtly measured. Between 8 and 10 types of cake tempt the taste buds, with new ones added every week.
