Since 2021, José Gerez has been at the helm of this decades-old cellar. In premises air-conditioned for good preservation, he references 450 suppliers: vintages from Burgundy, of course, but also from all over France and the world, at very reasonable prices. Beers, rums, whiskies, liqueurs and other delicatessen products (snails, duck terrines, trout, Morvan mangalica pigs, etc.) are also on sale.
