This hotel was the rudest, dirtiest, if I had the choice to give it minus 10 stars I would.
The desk clerk was not friendly, not helpful.
Wish I had never come here to stay. We had 2 issues with the television, the first wifi wasn't working the second the batteries in the remote were dead. None of these issues were the end of the world, what put me over the edge was the woman at the desk attitude. She was not helpful. My husband asked if she could come up and assist, she told him he had to come down to see her. He finally discovered the issue the instructions for wifi sign on were incomplete. The second issue our remote control batteries were dead. Called the desk again to ask if they had batteries to replace, she responded we have another remote control at the desk you'll have to come get it.
I know all this sounds trivial but it's not. Customer service is what makes a business a success. This rude clerk with a personality of a rock is not what you want at your front desk.
I have never written a review for a hotel stay. Travel all over, whenever we have encountered an issue it's been politely corrected.
Her attitude has left a bad taste with us. We're going back to Marriott.
Disgusted and fed up with this hotel.
If we weren't so exhausted we would have left.
