To convince you, opt for the menu of Moulin with Arborio risotto with cream truffles, tagliatelles with eggplants of the Prestige menu or even the homemade tagliolinis with carbonara sauce of the menu Terroir. Bresse chicken in cream is an ode to Burgundy and Bresse. As for dessert, you will be tempted by the apple crumble, the iced nougat and its red fruit coulis or even the fresh pineapple. Note that the black truffle is the house speciality. You will find fresh products according to the season in the shop or in the form of preserve all year round.
