To come to Louhans without stopping off at La Mère Jouvenceaux would be most unwise. This institution offers an anthology of local dishes reminiscent of family Sunday lunches. Escargots, calf's head and artisanal quenelles are all on the menu, but we've only got eyes for the Bresse chicken. A true star of the region, it is served with crayfish or morels and yellow wine. A real treat. We recommend this good, simple and authentic address, which offers quality home cooking.

Il faut réserver car complet, donc un peu d'attente malgré la réservation. La cuisine est bonne, le personnel sympathique. Nous avons passé un bon moment.
