Restaurant in Macon preparing a refined cuisine of fish, sea and river products
On the banks of the Saône, at the marina, the restaurant Le Poisson d'Or is one of the chic addresses in Mâcon. The setting is an enchantment and the cuisine is refined. With its large windows overlooking the river, the restaurant is bright and the sunset at the end of the afternoon makes it an ideal place for romantic meals. Le Poisson d'Or is a place where fish and seafood from the river and the sea are the order of the day. In the spotlight: oysters, salmon, pike-perch, frogs, sea bass, scampi... On the menu: Foie gras and hazelnut shortbread, fine beetroot jelly and its espuma, onion confit raviole with raspberry vinegar from Jean Marc Montegottéro; Fillet of Corrèze veal cooked at low temperature, porcini mushrooms and parsnip mousseline, bone juice & parsley garlic butter... That's telling !
