Coquettish restaurant in Mâcon elaborating an elegant presentation of fresh and divinely magnified products
Away from the pedestrian streets, this charming restaurant is one of Mâcon's must-visit restaurants. Gilles, sometimes in the dining room, sometimes in the kitchen, excels in the art of entertaining. Since January 2024, the owner has changed the hours and concept of his restaurant, making it more convivial and with a "more franchouillarde" menu. Charcuterie boards, pâté en croûte, quenelles, andouillettes, gratin dauphinois and roast camembert are just some of the dishes on offer from a chef who, by the way, has managed to lower his prices.

Très franchement je me suis régalé et les assiettes sont réparties prêtes à resservir tant je n'ai absolument rien laissé. ????
L'oeuf poché aux girolles et écume de pomme de terre est excellent.
Ensuite j'hésitais entre l'agneau et le filet de bar poêlé et ai opté pour le poisson. J'ai vraiment bien fait car l'assiette était magnifique.
Le duo de chocolat et glace Grand Marnier termine à merveille ce repas.
La déco est agréable, l'équipe sympathique et efficace... Bref je reviendrai
