Stéphane Chevauchet, the Chef, selects, from the local producers, meat, poultry and fish from the river Saône. To accompany these dishes, the Chef also has an excellent wine cellar. Discover, regional specialities such as homemade parsley ham, the Burgundy snails, pan-fried frogs' legs and Bresse chicken with Jura wines.
