Stéphane Chevauchet, the Chef, selects, from the local producers, meat, poultry and fish from the river Saône. To accompany these dishes, the Chef also has an excellent wine cellar. Discover, regional specialities such as homemade parsley ham, the Burgundy snails, pan-fried frogs' legs and Bresse chicken with Jura wines. Très bonne adresse.
- Tables sans nappes en tissu, comme sur les photos, mais ornées d'un simple set de table en papier. Seules les serviettes étaient en tissu ,
- Le bon rapport qualité-prix doit probablement se retrouver au niveau du menu du jour (16 €), mais certainement pas à la carte.
