The brewery in the city centre has been completely renovated. More modern, black, white and grey tones give the hotel modernity, ideal for lunch. Agata and Odile warmly welcome you. In cuisine, Chef Cyrille Thibert offers quality family cuisine, with daily dishes, lunch formulas and a new card based on fresh products. Cyril, who was already in this kitchen fifteen years ago, comes back with many recipes: home bowl, Bourgogne snails, poultry fillet, walnut ́ de salmon and many homemade desserts with special mention for burnt cream, real delight.
