This restaurant is an institution in Mâcon, and its Michelin star, acquired in 1997, has never left it. There's no doubt that the high standards set by the chef, Christian Gaulin, who is passionate about his profession and the quality of his products, have a lot to do with it. Un seul bémol ,le manque d'amablité et de sourire de la patronne , dont la qualité de l'accueil est inversement proportionnelle à la qualité de la cuisine de son époux......Dommage !
