LA PLACE AUX VINS
The place is new. La Place aux vins settled down at the famous Place aux herbes, one of the historic and touristic places of the city centre of Mâcon, close to many shops and restaurants. Henri Mugnier and his wife, Agnès, open their shop in April 2014. Previously, they run Crémants Henri Mugnier in Charnay. A real institution specialised in the preparation of Crémant de Bourgogne. With their proven experience and address book of winemakers, the couple left the place for new adventures by opening this new shop. In this pleasant light and modern space, La Place aux vins offers a wide variety of Burgundy wines, crémants, champagnes, other liquors and spirits at reasonable prices but also plenty of local products: Julie's donkey milk soap, only producer of the region, located around Cluny, oil, salt, pepper, terrines of deer, honey and gingerbread provided by Mickael Rebaudet, breeder of deer and beekeeper at the Apicerf farm in Cluny, homemade jam... The warm welcome and the sympathy of the owners make the place more enjoyable. Enjoy their advice and their professionalism, they know what they are talking about. Do you need gift ideas? La Place aux vins will provide you with the gourmet baskets which will please your friends.
