This church overlooking the Grosne valley has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1862.
Listed as a historical monument since 1862, this jewel of the Romanesque school dominates the Grosne valley, and its square, on a rocky spur, offers a superb panorama. Saint-Pierre church was rebuilt in the 12th century on the site of the original sanctuary. It adopts the Latin cross plan, but retains its originality with a nave featuring five bays of pointed barrel vaulting. Its square bell tower rests on the transept crossing. Inside, the church features the recumbent tomb of Josserand IV de Brancion, who died in the Crusades, and period wall paintings.
