With its front that is reminiscent of the French breweries of yesteryear, Le Bistrot bears its name well. On the other hand, the wooden chairs have given way to comfortable contemporary armchairs. Big brother of the Bis located a few cables away, we find here the same pleasure for the good reception and for a generous cuisine, but here it is more traditional. A single menu and several formulas including dish and dessert. The proportions are generous, the proposals simple and the formulas announce the colour. We will remember the Charolais and its grilled beef steak, the Troyenne and its Dijon andouillette, the Italian and its linguine of your choice, among others. As for wines, here too we play on eclecticism with a diversity of terroirs, ranging from Burgundy to the south of France or Italy. We like the pretty shaded terrace to prolong the good times during the hot summer hours.
