Hotel-restaurant in Montceau-les-Mines preparing a refined cuisine, traditional Burgundian and creative dishes
Jérôme Brochot is one of those rare Michelin-starred chefs who have finally renounced the diktat of the Michelin, to evolve with less pressure. Nevertheless, his cuisine remains of the highest standard, in a peaceful, chic setting. The chef works with noble products, from the sea or in the Burgundy tradition (lobster, truffle eggs, scallops, foie gras...). He also offers cooking classes on Sundays, and a two-room mini-hotel completes the offer.
