Tango Swing et Bretelles, also known as TSB, is the festival that marks the end of the season in the Montcelli area. It's a back-to-school event that attracts a large audience and a host of renowned artists, with some 30 events each year covering a wide spectrum of styles (pop, rock, folk, jazz, circus, etc.). To be seen at l'Embarcadère, in bars and restaurants in the town and in some towns in the coalfield. Program at www.embarcadere-montceau.fr.
