What better gift than a hot-air balloon flight over the magnificent landscapes of the southern Côte Chalonnaise? In the early morning or evening, when the air is cooler (and therefore more "stable" to guarantee the flight), fly over vineyards, woods, pastures and plains aboard the gondola placed under a balloon in the colors of a local winery. The highly experienced pilot, Jean-Marc Lequime, reads the winds for a flight lasting an hour on average. Prior to the flight, you'll help inflate the balloon, and afterwards you'll debrief over a glass of wine.
