Created in 1852, Domaine Pigneret is run by Joseph and his brother Eric. They grow Chardonnay and Aligoté for the whites, Gamay and Pinot Noir for the reds on 32 hectares. Domaine Pigneret's impressive stone cellar is a tribute to Eiffel. A tour of the estate's wineries speaks volumes about the experience of this parcel-based winemaker. The estate is also renowned for its eaux-de-vie, Vieille Fine and Vieux Marc de Bourgogne, distilled in the in-house still.
