The Relais d'Ozenay may not yet have a star, but it's certainly not far off. In a chic, modern setting, both the service and the cuisine verge on perfection, and the value for money is just excellent. With his second-in-command, Florian Giraud (voted Jeune Talent by Gault & Millau in 2010) offers seasonal and, if possible, local produce, worked with passion and originality, like a fish transformed into mousse or a pear sorbet subtly peppered with pepper. The address makes this charming village a must for gourmets.
