LE BOSSU
After the bossu of Notre-Dame, here is the bossu of Paray-le-Monial, but here, it has nothing to do with a cathedral or an abbey, the bossu in fact, is the Charolais beef served in this place in various ways. The spacious, bright and modern brasserie in red and black offers low-rate formulas for a rapid and copious meal. It offers great brasserie classics: salad meals, hamburger, ribsteak, andouillette bobosse, all these served with French fries and seasonal vegetables. There are also two nice menus, a surprising daily special and homemade desserts. The food is simple but the homemade fact marks the difference. The long opening hours are a significant advantage, and the beautiful terrace is an additional asset.

Le serveur très agréable nous a expliqué leur cuisine. Quand le temps nous permettra de retourner à Leclerc de Paray le Monial nous irons certainement y déjeuner
