MAISON RAVASSARD
As a pork butcher and caterer since 1991, Christian Ravassard became an institution in Macôn. In his shop at Rond Point des 2 Roches, run by one of his daughters, you are immediately attracted by the counter display which gives you the desire to taste all her creations, which are particularly appetizing! All the products used are fresh, quality and very carefully selected so as to give you a maximum of gustatory pleasure! Everything is homemade and the recipes, elaborated as times goes by, are kept secret. We advise you the pâté en croute which is awarded the first national prize in 2012. Because the crust is a delight and the seasoning of the stuff is a real treat. Last year, the medal-holder is the homemade blood sausage. The caterer regularly renews his à la carte menu according to his inspiration and the seasonal ingredients. You can also discover all the Maison Ravassard's creations in their shop in Charnay les Mason (29 Grande rue de la coupée on 03 85 34 19 72) or in the Halles Saint Pierre (03 85 19 56 97). La qualité des viandes , charcuteries , plats cuisinés et même patisserie classique est optimum .. Nous nous y rendons 2 fois par semaine et nous n'avons jamais été déçus .
La Commune de Charnay a de la chance d'avoir des commerçants comme la Maison RAVASSARD mais également la Poissonnerie , la Chocolaterie , le Primeur et la Boulangerie Patisserie , tous en commerce de proximité ..
