Along the canal in Remigny, l'Escale is directly accessible from the greenway. A break that's all the more bucolic in summer when a huge terrace, built in 2023, overlooks the canal with a breathtaking view. On the dining room and kitchen side, Florence and Fabrice, who have been at the helm for 25 years, have recently been joined by their son and his partner.
