"L'Esprit Blanc" has hit the mark in Romanèche-Thorins with Rouge et Blanc. While the dining room is a thing of beauty, you'll particularly appreciate lunch on the terrace, overlooking the vines and the large landscaped park. The chef expresses himself to the full with a menu that pays tribute to Burgundy's terroir in a contemporary spirit. The market slate changes daily. When it comes to wine, the emphasis is on Beaujolais crus, particularly the famous Moulin-à-vent.

Cuisine irréprochable. Un petit bémol au niveau du service avec un manque de professionnalisme ex. Apéritif servi en même temps que l'entrée, pas de passage pour resservir le vin et pas trop de sourire . Je comprends la difficulté de recrutement, néanmoins une très bonne adresse que je recommande .
