"L'Esprit Blanc" has hit the mark in Romanèche-Thorins with Rouge et Blanc. While the dining room is a thing of beauty, you'll particularly appreciate lunch on the terrace, overlooking the vines and the large landscaped park. The chef expresses himself to the full with a menu that pays tribute to Burgundy's terroir in a contemporary spirit. The market slate changes daily. When it comes to wine, the emphasis is on Beaujolais crus, particularly the famous Moulin-à-vent.

Nous connaissions plusieurs des établissements de Mr Blanc et celui-ci est bien dans le même esprit de qualité des mets et de l'accueil. Nous souhaitions le découvrir avec des amis, ce fut une réussite nous avons passé une excellente soirée et comme nous sommes très satisfaits nous y retournons en famille.

Manque de finesse dans les plats. Nous nous attendions à plus de saveurs. Les tables sont trop proches les une des autres. Par contre le service est impeccable.

Vraiment très bien. Bon accueil, bon service, cadre agréable. Très bonne maitrise des cuissons et des sauces. Turbot fondant. Tout était excellent. Une seule remarque de ma femme pour sa canette accompagnée de pommes grenaille, qui aurait méritée d’être servie chaude et non froide. Mais globalement nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
