Situated in the middle of a winegrowing village on the Côte Chalonnaise, if you wish to perfect your techniques or learn new ones, passion cuisine is the school for you. In addition to the choice of formulas ranging from the take away course to the meal and food pairing course as well as initiations to oenology, demonstrations, courses for children and many others, we love the concept and the teachers. Real professionals who have proven themselves in the profession, such as Chef Philippe Masson, former pastry chef at Lameloise. Other speakers from renowned establishments come to give their advice and supervise the work of the students, what an honour! Here you will learn the language of chefs, the rigour of fine cuisine and the pleasure of reproducing at home, leaving with a thousand tips and a recipe book. A beautiful atmosphere and a reliable school under the leadership of Sandrine Biniek who was a switchboard operator for 7 years in Lameloise. The detailed programme of all courses is kept up to date on the site and registration is compulsory, as only a group of 12 participants is formed per session. A nice idea to discover the local gastronomy to offer or to treat yourself!
