Winery offering guided tours of its winery, ageing room, barrels and vines.

A love of wine and heritage shines through in the guided tours of Domaine Ninot, a family proud of its terroir and its lineage of winegrowers dating back to the 14th century. Several options are available to discover the winery, the ageing room and its superb barrels, as well as the vineyards. By electric bike to Mercurey (about 20 km), or on foot to Rully, you can get up close to the plots, with detailed explanations. As for tasting, the method is playful, with games to help you better appreciate these organic whites and reds, including premier crus.

Un grand merci à Marion pour ce matin ,cette dernière gère la partie représentation publique du domaine ( visites vignes à pied ou vélo, cuvage, matériel viticole, salon d'accueil très cosy, dégustation de vins fabuleux ...) Elle demeure un chef d'orchestre cultivé et passionné. Qu'il est agréable de passer une matinée dans de telles conditions. Un Domaine que je recommande tant l'histoire familiale est forte et les vins goûteux. Julien

Je recommande vivement la visite-dégustation que vous soyez de passage ou du coin. On apprend plein de choses intéressantes. Plus qu’une visite, c’est une présentation très riche des vins de Bourgogne, de la côte chalonnaise et des vins de Rully et Mercurey dans un bel espace voûté, mais également une explication du travail de la vigne et de la fabrication du vin par un tour dans les vignes et la cuverie qui sont juste à côté. La visite se termine avec bonheur par la dégustation de 4 vins du Domaine.
Un accueil chaleureux et une belle découverte dans ce charmant village de Rully.

Super chouette visite du vignoble ! Une explication détaillée et générale sur la région de Bourgogne et ses vins, ensuite un tour dans la parcelle adjacente à leur ateliers où l'on peut voire de nos propres yeux le processus d'entretien des pieds de vignes et enfin, visite de l'atelier où le raisin est transformé en vin. Marion prend son temps, est super chouette et nous a fait passer un excellent moment en prenant le temps. Merci :)
