Beautiful bistro in Saint-Amour-Bellevue with a unique formula with a dish of the day

The beautiful bistro Joséphine à Table is the little brother of the Auberge du Paradis. The style is very different, but the quality is the same. All the codes of bistronomy are present, with a skilfully orchestrated industrial decor. The menu features a daily-changing menu and a few salads and à la carte platters. Simple and good. The table is popular, so reservations are highly recommended. And every weekend, chef Fanny offers a takeaway of her signature dish, poulet au vin jaune, with or without morels.

Nous y avons pris un excellent déjeuner express. Entourés de locaux et de mets et de vins également locaux, il y a une excellente sélection de salades, de viandes et de PDJ et le personnel est très attentif. Le café était également excellent et l'atmosphère générale très charmante

Que dire ? Alors déjà le cadre !!! Simple efficace, à la bonne franquette !!! La cuisine ? Des plats simple revisité qui plaise à tous le monde.
Je pense y retourner rapidement pour goûter les autres plats de la carte.
Attention les quantités sont juste énormes !!!
