Saint-Desert and the vine share a long history that the future seems to want to preserve it. This village, which is on the road of great wines, has been home to Mr Goubard's domain since 1600, which is very little to say. Its vineyards take part in the sun overlooking Mount Avril and give its reds an excellent quality known and recognized by all. A dozen references are available for free tasting, in a renovated cellar where Burgundy Côte Chalonnaise and Givry offer the best squares.
