LE SAINT-GERMAIN
Located in the heart of the Bresse louhannaise, on the wine route of Burgundy and Jura, the Saint-Germain combines skilfully tradition and modernity with a window that respects the bressanne architecture and a room decorated with contemporary colours. Hotel-Restaurant, Saint-Germain is an ideal stopover for discovering the riches of the region (eco-museum, castle Pierre de Bresse, hiking…). The hotel's 10 rooms are simple, not exceptional but very functional. In the morning, you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with coffee, tea, juices and pastries. For the gourmets, the restaurant welcomes you in two rooms, one of 30 people and one of 45. The restaurant even accommodates groups of up to 60 people! On the menu: local specialities that the revisits chef revisits. Alongside traditional Bourgogne snails, enjoy Bresse chicken in the county or with Foie gras, produced frogs legs or Jura yellow wine. The wine list is rich and offers wines from Burgundy but also from the nearby Jura, the Loire, the Bordeaux and the Alsace. Dishes to be taken on order.
