Modern, intimate dining room with cuisine inspired by the Burgundy culinary tradition, worthy of a top gourmet restaurant
Just a stone's throw from the Niépce house, where the first photograph in history was taken, the Saint-Loup is well worth a visit. An old French-style ceiling, large wine cabinets, sober, warm decor and refined tablecloths set the scene for this restaurant, taken over in late 2023 by François and Henrietta, both of whom have prestigious backgrounds. This is evident both in the service and on the plate, with top-quality products and a cuisine that is classically inspired but full of inventiveness and subtly staged. A real treat from every point of view.
