ATELIER GRAINS D'ARGILE
Guesthouse Cuny has been acquainted with the world of ceramics since the 90 s, with the school of Chalon art (EMA). She completed her training with internships (at Catherine Daniel, Jean Pierre Bouley) and above all with 9 months filming at the CNIFOP in St. Amand in Puisaye, National Pottery and Sandstone Centre. For 3 years, she has been'artisan at Saint Martin under Montaigu, a small village located 15 km west Chalon, in the middle of the vineyard of Mercurey. His former garage became a workshop and the house of habitation had to place a room in the exhibition room.
With respect to his work as a ceramist, Guesthouse works on sandstone and porcelain, with various engineering techniques: filming, plaque work, modelling, façonnage shaping. The result gives utilitarian parts, sculptures and unique parts. It is worth a little detour!
