Close to Montceau-les-Mines, the Restaurant du Moulin is a popular stop for connoisseurs. A warm welcome to the hotel and Thierry en Fourneaux. Side hall, you will appreciate the authentic cuisine of the chef, punctuated here and there of tasty notes from the South, judge by yourself: fatty liver pressed and crushed from potatoes to olive oil, croustille of bream filet and its grout of red peppers and fried basil, white cheese from the "Hot Land Farm", to finish with a brûlée cream to raspberries and its pistachio shards.
