LE SAINT-MARTIN
Half-way between Paray-le-Monial and Digoin, in the heart of the Charolais, the Saint Martin is a nice restaurant with modern and carefully decorated decoration. The two rooms are spacious, warm colours provide a pleasant atmosphere, suitable for family gatherings or more confidential moments. The chef, Francheschi and his team offer a simple kitchen, a light card that makes the share of meat. Chosen on the menu, we offer pan fatty liver steak and its tatin apple tatin, followed by rotie burbot, Chinese cabbage roulé, and citrus dressing. For the gourmands, we add almost a calf to the tonka bean and its potato cake and shallots, solid juice, to finish on a subtly sugar note with a pineapple cake to pineapple and its mango sherbet. Good value for money.
