Value waits for neither the number of years nor the surface area of the land, and the proof is in this very young domaine. Just four hectares of vines for an estate created in 2015 by this young winemaker who, from the outset, wanted to go biodynamic. Nicolas Delfaud obtained the label for his very first vintage in 2016. With hand-picked grapes and a constant concern for the environment, the focus here is truly on quality. A Saint-Véran and a Mâcon Verzé have just come out of the vats. A truly wonderful discovery.
