Domaine Sève is a must-see winery in Solutré-Pouilly, Southern Burgundy. With exceptional exposure in a natural prehistoric site classified as a Grand Site de France, the estate offers visitors a unique experience. The estate extends over 20 parcels with a total surface area of 7 hectares70, planted exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. Each Pouilly-Fuissé cuvée has its own personality, the result of 5 generations of winemaking expertise. The estate's white wines, notably Pouilly-Fuissé "Anthilde" and Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, are renowned for their complex fruitiness, minerality and fleshy roundness. The estate offers tours of its authentic cellar, where visitors can taste the different cuvées of Pouilly-Fuissé and Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, while learning about the stages of wine production.

Une belle découverte !
Pour qui souhaite découvrir le vignoble de Pouilly-Fuissé, voilà une excellente adresse ! D'abord, le domaine est magnifique : en hauteur, il surplombe le village et les vignes. Ensuite, les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants. On papote facilement, et les vins sont de grande qualités. Bref, c'est tout ce qu'on recherche quand on est sur une route des vins et qu'on cherche à découvrir les terroirs.
