AUBERGE DE L'ÉCLUSE
Located in a splendid rural and green setting along the Seille, the restaurant l'Ecluse is a pleasant nice address full of fine gravel and composed of a modern wooden furniture which brings much warmth and softness to the place. The owners, Jean-Michel Simerey and his partner Claire Kozlowski, have particularly taken care of the presentation. As Seille is in the vicinity, l'Ecluse offers a fresh cuisine based on frogs, frying and fillets of perch. The viande charolais meat and the Bresse chicken are also on the menu. The products are fresh, from local producers and all the dishes are homemade. Same requirement for the wine list which showcases the estates of Saône-et-Loire, Beaujolais and Côtes-du-Rhône. A very exotic and charming address to test as soon as possible!
