BRASSERIE LE PARISIEN
Brasserie with terrace in Tournus suggesting an andouillette mâconnaise with a white wine and mustard sauce.
With its view of the Saône, its terrace open in summer and its traditional menus at reasonable prices, the brasserie Le Parisien is a smart address for lunch. Tourists are not mistaken and at lunchtime in summer, the terrace is often full. It must be said that the address looks like a small coastal restaurant and, for the moment, nothing Parisian. Its name comes from an old boat that used to transport goods and passengers three times a week between Chalon and Lyon, at a time when river transport was booming. Since last year, Armelle and Jean Sébastien have been officiating in this beautifully renovated hall while continuing to delight the gourmets. Among the specialities: andouillette mâconnaise, white wine and whole-grain mustard; Boeuf bourguignon or Dijon Veal Kidneys.
