Schwach Sebastien is a wonderful guide and entree to the world of Alsatian wine. We cannot recommend highly enough, and you should definitely stop by on your next visit to Liebau.

Très bon accueil. Sébastien est très pédagogue et nous fait partager sa philosophie et son savoir faire. Très belle dégustation où on oublie tout ce que nous avions pu goûter jusque là.

We got a private wine tasting by Sébastien. His natural wines are amazing! Good service and his English was also very good.

Unique winetasting at Séba his cave. Great and lovely natural wines produced by himself. Highly recommending this visit if you love BIO, natural en organic wines supporting a small batch of productions. Top!!
