Olivier Dizien has been at the helm of Le Relais since 2020 after working in various local establishments as chef de partie at L'Espérance in Saint-Père with three-star chef Marc Meneau, chef de cuisine at the Auberge La Coquille, and chef de cuisine at the restaurant À La Fortune du Pot in Vézelay. His home cooking is accompanied by local beverages that can be enjoyed on site or catered.

J'ai mangé un sandwich américain aux bouchons de Joigny le samedi. Très déçue, payer 10€ pour manger des frites pas cuites, et seulement un demi steak haché trop cuit. ça fait cher pour du pain et de la salade et un demi steak haché je cherche encore les tomates annoncées. Ça ne donne pas envie de se déplacer au restaurant. J'ai nettement mieux mangé le lendemain à un autre stand pour le même prix...
