à moins de 10km de vézelay, un peu d'exotisme nous est offert "chez bouboule et aziza" avec une variété de couscous. en fait couscous mouton-merguez 14€ avec un bon plat de légumes, pois-chiche inclus, un bon plat de graine, raisins inclus et, à côté, un confit d'oignon et une coupelle de harissa (attention c'est de la vraie, comme là-bas, pas pour les touristes).
plusieurs possibilités de vins rosé ou rouge, d'algérie ou du maroc. pour un tajine, dommage, il fallait commander la veille car il cuit 4 heures ; nous le saurons pour la prochaine fois, car il y aura prochaine fois. peu de pâtisseries orientales, dommage aussi. un thé à la menthe est le bienvenu.
