La Casbah has been serving typical Algerian cuisine for 25 years. Tajines and couscous are obviously there, prepared with fresh ingredients. Let's not forget the tasty bricks, the royal paëllas, and some delicious starters like zaalouk (eggplant caviar flavored with lemon and olive oil). Dishes served generously, in a very pleasant setting. As for the welcome, it's absolutely perfect. Chef Farid Salhi also offers takeaway Couscous Boxes for smaller budgets. Highly recommended!
