The Pacha is a restaurant presenting Turkish specialties with a simple but very effective classic menu.
For those who love oriental cuisine, Le Pacha is one of the most famous restaurants in Auxerre, and has been for many years. A sure value. On the menu of this restaurant, Turkish specialities. Thus, the day of our visit, we liked the Sigara Böregi (cheese puffs rolled with fine herbs) on the classic menu, followed by an Iskender Diner Kepab (a roasted veal chop with white sauce) and finally a white cheese with Pekmex (grape juice reduced with sesame oil). Simple, but very effective. And very exotic.
